Using Chrome (latest build) on Win7 machine.

Does NOT do this with Internet Explorer.
I will investigate further on local machine.

Suddenly it's working....
I disabled extensions, re-enabled them. Reloaded.
Will update if issue pops up again on other browsers....

Going to call this one a local issue, on file and noted that if anyone has issues..
