Publicly stating that she wants Oregon to be more like California, Dingfelder gets California energy standards passed. Senate votes to expand efficiency standards for appliances, plumbing fixtures | OregonLive.com.
It's hard to really tell what the standards actually mean. Since she wants us to be more like California, I'm assuming that it'll be more of the "California compliant" appliances only allowed in Oregon. Higher prices, less choices, and more Chinese made junk for us - hooray

yea all that gov't intrusion in Kalifornia is working great. The whole freakin state is almost bankrupt!!!....I really wanna go to work for the Stockton Public Works Dept....searchin online right now for a job!!.....
