Poll: Modern Top-Break Revolvers Viable?

While I long found them quite cool modern manufacturing seems to have already said no. No idea why. Sure someone who works in the field could say for sure but, my guess is cost. It must be more expensive to make them. If they could mass produce them for the same cost? Seems like they would be very good sellers.
