If you don't know him, Mark Baird is one of the driving forces behind the whole State of Jefferson movement down in California. If you've never heard him speak he is quite remarkable (IMO) and has a very good understanding of COTUS, the law, history and the visions our Founders had for us and the country, etc.
In a recent meeting he spoke at length about the recent 9th Circuit ruling on Young vs. Hawaii. And he's personally trying to raise enough money to launch a Temporary Restraining Order and Injunction against the state of Ca in accordance with the recent decision on Young. The restraining order is essentially to find the State's current laws prohibiting loaded open carry, as unconstitutional in accordance with Young.
Mark starts speaking at about 14:25 and goes until the 60:00 mark. It's long but interesting and well worth your time as this has implications far beyond just California.
