LR-308 chamber issue (.260 Remington)

I've been fighting this thing for awhile. I can get my custom neck turned rounds to chamber, but factory rounds are another story.

The neck seems to be off by just a bit. May a bit off round? Not sure if a gun smith can run a finish reamer down a finished barrel?

I'll post some pictures of a few factory rounds that had to be helped out of the chamber.

The first of two pictures. I need to cram another round in the chamber to see if I can get a better picture. There are scratches on the opposite side of the case neck. Looks like it is canting everything.

Yep the barrel can be pulled off. Run a
Factory finish reamer in there and clean up that tight neck area.
