Low-cost powder coating around Portland?

I'm looking to get some Scout parts powder coated and the guy I used for years seems to have disappeared. Their oven needs to be big enough to do a bumper. I can google myself and find a place, but I'm looking for someone who doesn't charge a whole lot. Any suggestions?

There is also and Outfit in Hubbard that does powder coating. Has a sign out on hwy 99E that has a Rocket or jet on it.

I can speak highly for "Portland Powder Coat" They have done work for us a couple of times and have not only done a great job but also did it for a great price.
