LOS Bullets OAL Issues

Do any of you have experience with their 147gr 9mm FMJ's. I loaded up close to 1000 this past weekend and had continual OAL issues. The bullets varied as much as .035"!!! It's a modest load and I have no worry about excessive pressure but was very disappointed in the consistency of them.

Understood. I know mixed brass can cause OAL to vary quite a bit.

I would double check that the seating die isn't coming loose. As for the bullets themselves there length should be within 0.01 of each other.

I have several thousand of those loaded and didn't notice any change in OAL, but didn't measure bullet lengths. Would like to mention that the bullet ogive is not ideal for my 9mm PCC. A plunk test in the firearms you intend to use is warranted for this brand of bullets.
