True, but with the proliferation of body armor... your average tweaker won't have Level IIIA, but some B&E crews and such have been starting to get alarmingly organized of late. Besides, out of a ten-inch barrel like a Mk 18... you lose a lot of terminal-ballistics performance right there.

I have friend 's in Texas and my EX and her family are just outside new Orleans the Texas thing is way out of control now forget about the looting I'm watching fox new they have live rescue on there are some 40 black hawk helicopter 's and coast guard and anything they can find pulling hundreds or even thousands of people out of Bougmont Texas and the death toll is rising every hour looting is the last thing on there mind now it's bad bad bad

From what I see on the news is a bunch of white black and other law enforcement and military personnel rescue everyone and I see slot of white people helping out black people just saw a helicopter rescue a whole black family mmmmm lots of white people risking there lives to save everyone they can and vice versa
