Looking for the M1"Guru"

I have lost contact with a man named Milton "Milt" from southeast Portland that I met years back who in my opinion was the true M1 Garand guru, He is very knowledgeable on the classic battle rifle! I have acquired another garand and really need an opinion on it and would hope someone knows his contact info. Thanks for any help
