Looking for recommendations for reliable lightweight lvl 3 or 4 ballistic plates and a carrier

I've been trying to decide on some light weight (4lbs or less) plates to get but I have been having a hard time because I've read so many conflicting reviews. Here's what I'm looking for: light weight (ideally 3lbs or less but 4lbs can work too), no more than $1,000, comfortable, and rated for the most common rifle rounds 223/556 & 762. I was looking at this from RMA but I have been reading mixed reviews. Anyone have any recommendations?

An LEO who is a member here recommended this place to me a while back. Have bought a few things from him and been SUPER happy with the stuff.
