I helped my daughter with her eighth grade history homework tonight and two of the questions were to look at the list of grievances listed in the Declaration of Indipendance and find correlation to current events and to come up with her grievances.

I was pleasantly surprised that they do occasionally look for some deeper thought from these kids.
