In the article it says it'll run people about $1150, when it was being sold of course.
Since I technically never used it how much do you think I could realistically ask for it?

If it's real, I'd say a fair price (my opinion, not fact) would be $800-$900. Be careful of counterfeit versions of that scope though. You don't show any pics of the markings/serial number on the bottom of the scope or the Leupold logo on the parallax cap (left side). You can google online to see pics of real vs counterfeit. Not saying that's what you have but if you're not sure of the scopes provenance and don't have the box or paperwork, I'd definitely check the S/N with Leupold to be safe.

Yes I'm going to do that, but I bought it brand new from a friend of mine that owns Federal Way discount guns so I'm pretty sure it's legit and it does have the Leopold symbol and serial number where they are supposed to be, I just did not want to put the serial number in the picture.

I was going to put it on a RPR that has a 20 MOA base, I was going to use a 0MOA spuhr mount for it but decided to go with a different scope that can get me out a little farther.

You can easily shoot 1k yds with 10x no problem on steel silhouettes but 10x can be a little limiting identifying small targets at that distance. Heck, the military used 10x scopes for years to good effect on long range targets but nothing wrong with more power either! :s0151:
