My wife's MKII Compact wears an identical scope. I would think it's nearly perfect for your 22.

I passed a Roberts up cause I thought it was over priced and now I kinda regret it. But I got a 243 to kinda make up for it.

It was a great rifle and the size was very handy. I'll eventually replace it in a 6.5x55, also in a handy size.

One of those too. I tried to buy one in 7X57 at a gun show once but I couldn't talk the guy down and didn't have anymore money on me. Man, I wish mofe rifles were made in those "classic" cartridges.
