I have actually been to Chicago several times. It's not as nice a city as it used to be. They have "tough" anti gun laws and yet lawlessness is rampant. I've been outside a European country's Communist Party HQ but you are right.... I have never been to a PR because Uncle Sugar wouldn't let me travel there due to my security clearance.

I read that Illinois will soon or already has legalized concealed carry. It will be interesting to see if that has any effect on the violence.
