Looks gooooood! I love breakfast and experiment a lot with different recipes but this is a favorite when camping. It is a variation of the McDonald 'Egg Mcmuffin' which all my friends have affectionately renamed the 'Ed Mcmuffin' Cook a whipped egg mixture in a large pan and cut egg 'circles' with a large glass, bbq the sasuage patties, butter the english muffins and toast on the bbq until they have crusty edges, compile all with a slice of cheese, let melt, assemble and serve! This was last weekend.
