This part scares me...

"The time individuals went to bed was also highlighted by researchers as a critical contributing factor. Early-mid evening hours were deemed riskiest. The research paper stated that "every 1 hour advance in bedtime [before 10 pm] was associated with a 25% increased risk of dementia.""

So, Early to Bed and Early to Rise isn't always the best idea after all? :)
I better tell my father-in-law. 8pm has always been bed time for him, sometimes earlier. Of course, he was a logger, often had to be in the woods before dawn, getup early and ride a crummy for an hour or more before work. He's pushing 90 now, still pretty fit and sharp, but he may want to change his habits to avoid this risk when he gets old.
