Heck Andy, they started funding them again! They just can't get anyone that wants to be a police officer in potland. Can you imagine that? (tongue in cheek) Or maybe they sent one of them people(s) that talk people out of hurting themselves/others. And it didn't work. And there's also the fact tod whalen and the wrecking crew, city council, has forsaken the large majority of East potland.
