That's basically what the headline reads - but I'd hesitate to say that the last ban is struck down - D.C., for example may allow handguns, but they are highly restricted. Be that as it may, the last actual handgun ban has been struck down - in a U.S. Terrritory - the Mariana Islands. To date, it had a complete ban on handguns - owning or importing. The U.S. District Court for the Mariana Islands struck down the ban as well as the ban on imports, on the grounds that it violates the 2nd amendment right to keep and bear arms.
I'll say any win, even in a territory, is a plus for us at this point.
