Stuff like this is FAMOUS for being faked. Due to the price it can bring there are a TON of fakes out there. Buying something like this from pictures is really taking a risk unless you are buying from a well known trusted place.

Yep, a lot of CCP copies for sale on the net.

Actual M3 knives have two rivets in the pommel , like the one pictured.
That is a quick and easy way to spot a original versus a replica.

With that said...
The knife pictured looks to have a blued blade in the photo...which , if true , may mean a re-finish.
