Oops! I thought it said 1885, not 1895. That's a pretty strong gun, but the reason I asked has to do with the 3 (or 2) different power levels that many manuals have. If you wanted to PM me your e-m ail address, I could scan and send the pages to you.
 
Here is some data for 405gr from Lyman 48th.

Here's a "for instance." 37.0gr of RE-7 under a 325gr FTX and a CCI350 in my 16" 458SOCOM does 1630fps all day. The Socom runs max pressure of 35,000psi, which, is pretty low, and this load is not even close to that. Confirmed with chrono. :)
