It is sad that online has killed local retail in the firearms industry because paying cash in person is incredibly unlikely with online sales -- essentially only those local to the warehouse of a company willing to do such a transaction can exercise their 4A rights while exercising their 2A rights.

I don't know what the solution is, other than reloading and buying a lifetime's worth of components now.
