....nothing but a Country Crock.

Is that one of those things you cook beans in?

jump in and help the tyrannical government suppress the liberty of others, by force of arms.

HOLEEEE COW, "...by force of arms" - did I miss a big shootout somewhere? That's big news! Did our side win?

But I'll never knowingly support, assist, or vote for any Republican, Libertarian, cop, or grifter of any sort again in my lifetime.

Did you forget to include Democrat in your list, or is it OK if they take our rights away?

My people got here in 1620 and got on with the business of separating the land from the natives and my ancestors have either shed or drawn blood in most every conflict, first in New England, then nationally, then the international wars.

What do you think would be an appropriate punishment for your family's participation in those heinous acts? How much of that punishment should fall directly on your shoulders?

...again in my lifetime.

Based on your age and actuarial tables, about how long do we have to wait?

the overwhelming majority of the "proud patriot" community, thought it was all good fun and supported the Feds unconditionally,

Can you show us the raw data and the numerical analysis you used to come to this conclusion? Please include the questionairre for each participant in your survey.

I'd like to see some licensing and testing required in order to claim the title of "Patriot".

That's an interesting proposal. Can you provide a draft copy of your proposed Patriot test?

My people got here in 1620 and got on with the business of separating the land from the natives

Would it have been better if the "natives" had the smarts to create big ships and guns, and gone over and taken the land from some Europeans? If so, why? Is it better if POC do it to non-POC?
Can you provide a list of existing nations that came into being without one group or another conquering that area and taking over? Doesn't that usually involve killing and maiming and unspeakable atrocities? Isn't that the history of the entire world?
Tell me which is worse: the fact that such history occurred here 400 years ago, or the fact that such things are going on around the world to this day?

If you want people to vote your way, you'll have to get the majority of voters in the middle on your side. Things like raiding the Capitol building, killing a police officer and sending a few dozen other police officers to the ER generally don't get voters in the middle on your side.

But the middle voters are AOK with leftists burning, looting, murdering all over the nation every night for 6 months, right?

Life in America started 4.5 yrs ago. Along with muh-racism and kids in cages. Only Trumpers do bad things and anyone not us is a Trumper.

Seriously. What happens when the TDS finally wears off? This episode is costing us trillions of dollars. 12 years ago a 10th of that we feared would send us into a new financial depression. Now everyone gets a trillion dollars. And we suspend the constitution. Sorry, and common sense.

In that time I have same house, same job, same clothes, etc. But the world turned crazy.

Here's the actual text. This is serious, folks.

Introduced by Rep. Jackson-Lee, District 18, TX.

License good for one year. Fee $800.
Training class required to renew.
Registration of ALL guns in your possession.
Psychological evaluation includes interviewing current and FORMER spouses/partners.
Liability insurance ($$$) required.

NOW CAN WE GET YOU TO GET OFF YOUR BEHIND AND VOTE???!!!
I never liked how they purposely and subliminally abbreviate "Representative" to "Rep." which most people would then mistakenly misconstrue to mean Republican when most of the scuzzy deeds ware/are done by Democrats.

Typical anti gun idiots who think they are smarter than us gun owners. All they want to do is make so many rules in the books, it makes it PITA to own guns or it gets so expensive it creates an economic barrier to exercise a right which shouldn't be a class or political struggle to begin with. They don't give a rat's a** about crime, as they are isolated from such crimes, they just want control, give themselves exemptions etc. Their mentality is rules for thee, but not me.

Look, if you are still legitimizing about what an illegitimate COUP government is doing in DC then you are going to lose your noodles. The only solution is r@volution. Writing letters from the PNW is a TOTAL waste of time, we are now fully behind enemy lines

Its sheila jackson lee...she doesn't like the law of pyisics and wants to change it... its bad but I wouldn't panic quite yet:confused:

Couple other things:

I would love to vote but someone decided I am not allowed to have a voice in the faith of the country I am living in if I am not a citizen.

In order to become one I have to shell out a bunch of money and take the 'patriot test'...all for a piece of paper that then apperantly makes me a different person from what I am now.

Silly enough, not worth it...The only real benefit is voting and I believe no matter what you vote, they are all just in for their personal agenda and financial gain, no politician really gives a rats arse about the people they are supposed to represent anyway.

These tyrants won't stop. They have the media, schools, unions, rigged voting system, house, senate, and presidency

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE COURTS!!!!
They own the DAs, Judges, and law

If a republican can win again they need to do what Trump should have.
Fire everyone.

Now the puppet Biden is setting a precedent, as soon as you get in office bypass congress and senate and sign all your pet projects away with the stroke of a pen.

America has fallen. They don't even hide it anymore.

now they have to come for guns. It's the last straw holding freedom in place.

Hey, 1627 here! You got me beat by 7 years. Also blood shed by my ancestors in every conflict since. That blood was shed for freedoms, my friend. Freedom does not include being murdered by the police state no matter what color you are. They also don't include murdering innocent citizens going about their business on public roadways, nor brutalizing those same citizens for driving down the wrong street. Nor do they include throwing explosives at federal officers, nor burning federal buildings. Antifa is not fighting for freedom. Antifa is bullying and assaulting government officials and ordinary citizens. Antifa is not "people simply looking to be treated with simple human respect." So take your bullcrap somewhere else. It won't fly here.

And oh yeah, I grew up dirt poor and from the wrong side of the tracks. Later on, I adopted and raised two black toddlers when I married my second wife. And yeah, I had that same talk with them about how to survive a police traffic stop that my dad had with me. It's not just black people that get executed by the police. It's poor people of all colors, and the stats bear me out.

Until we recognize that it's not about "racism" we won't solve this problem. It's about classism. The police deal 98% with poor people all day, every day. They assume on sight that poor people are criminals who are up to no good. All people, regardless of how they look, or their economic status need to be treated with professionalism, even the obviously guilty ones. That's how good cops behave.

If you're a cop who gets upset and out of control at being "disrespected" you're in the wrong profession. You have an ego problem and you should have been weeded out long ago, but then, that's why you chose to be a cop, so you could have a license to take out your frustrations and inferiorities on people with less power than you. As a cop, if you set yourself up as judge, jury, and executioner you don't deserve a badge.

It's police policy and training that need to change. If police are only following policy when they shoot an unarmed suspect, then that policy is dead wrong. And the argument that that wrong-headed policy is there to keep cops safe is dead wrong too. Yes, being a cop is a dangerous job, not as dangerous as a dozen others, but still dangerous, but you had your eyes wide open going in. Nobody held a gun to your head and said, "Be a cop."

So yeah, there are bad cops who do bad things. And there are also bad citizens who do bad things. Both are wrong. Both need to be weeded out and put where they can't take out their hatred and frustrations on society. And when you take sides and pretend that one set of bad actors is innocent you're not fooling anyone but yourself.

Life is full of choices. Choose wisely grasshopper.

A license is a government permission slip to do something that is not an enumerated right.

Won't pass muster, and will be struck down by the courts.

Now on the OTHER hand.... there aught to be a law that all legislators have to have a license to hold office renewable every year for $80,000, as well as pass a psych evaluation.... after all, politicians kill WAY more people every year than ALL methods of murder combined.
Is that the same court that Biden has already started the process of packing?

Skopos Labs has rated this bill as having a 3% chance of passage. As currently written. All it would take is another mass shooting to boost its chances or more likely, morph into a more acceptable form to attract votes for passage. Since I can't know the future, for now I'm not going to lose sleep over it.

I don't think there was an issue with getting people to vote. The 2020 election set a new record for votes.

If you want people to vote your way, you'll have to get the majority of voters in the middle on your side. Things like raiding the Capitol building, killing a police officer and sending a few dozen other police officers to the ER generally don't get voters in the middle on your side.

You might say that those people at the Capitol on January 6th don't represent all people here. That's true. But those people are a subset of people here. Oath Keepers? Militia? Trump supporters? Time to flush all those insurrectionists.

"It doesn't matter who votes. It matters who counts the votes" - Joseph Stalin
With new records of votes came new records of dead people voting, fake people voting, people voting multiple times, people voting in multiple states, people voting after the polls closed. Vote numbers are only as good as vote integrity.

Thousands upon thousands of people rallied and protested peacefully that day, as is their right. A few dozen instigators busted (or where allowed) in, or incited violence. Several have been identified as antifa. Unfortunately some other members of the rally/protest got caught up in this and followed the instigators. The rioters should be held responsible for their individual actions. But collectivism (a.k.a. socialism, communism) seeks to hold responsible the 749,900 other people in DC that day that peacefully assembled, listened to speeches, fought traffic jams, took pictures, went home and didn't riot. Some of them were Oathkeepers, some were likely part of local militias, many were likely Trump supporters, 99.9999% were peaceful and well within their rights. But, like the 75 million voters who voted for a different letter behind the name, they are being called insurrectionists.

A lot of derogatory labels are being thrown around by big tech, media, the white house, and congress referring to anyone who disagrees or exercises their rights. Dissenting opinion is no longer tolerated. They use these optics as an excuse to censor and cancel a person's rights. When you put rights, such as political dissent, free speech and voting, on the same level as insurrection, then tyranny is just around the corner.
