For those that may be on the fence about who to vote for in November, if you are a gun owner and care about your right to own guns - not just the right to own them, but to own what you want, shoot what you want, carry where you want and buy guns and ammo without even more taxes and regulation, then bear this in mind - Hillary will be the enemy of lawful gun owners.

And, as usual, she continues to incorrectly cite numbers of gun deaths that have the appearance of being homicides, when pretty much everyone now knows, of the 33,000 gun deaths per year, 2/3 of those are suicides. And of course, she refers to all of them, including suicides as "Gun Violence". Clinton, as do so many others, harp on 33,000 gun deaths, yet blatantly ignore 500,000 lung cancer deaths due to smoking, as well as many other causes of death that far exceed those by gun violence or suicide. This simply further proves that she and the rest of the anti-gun crowd care ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about saving lives. This is about gun and gun owner CONTROL, plain and simple.

She also laments the power of the NRA and the gun lobby. Funny, I wonder how many lobbies she has supported and/or received support from over the years?

If you care anything about your rights, then, regardless of your party affiliation, I strongly urge you to vote for the candidate that will stand against Hillary in November. We've been hammered hard by Obama for the last 7 years. If she is elected, it will only continue to get worse.

I think more importantly, this year, part of the message needs to be that not voting for Hillary isn't enough. Votes will need to be cast for the one person running against her, whoever that may end up being. I know many folks may sit this one out, or vote 3rd party, but in reality, any vote for someone other than her opponent, or any vote not cast at all, will be a de facto vote for Hillary. Hopefully folks will take that into account. I'm starting to get worried about how things are going to go in November, both in Washington D.C. and here at home.

This election is shaping up to be the worst of my lifetime. Let's say Trump is the R nominee and runs against Hillary, that would be an awful matchup. I can't stand Trump. His B.S., the name-calling and the fact that he's just not a good man. I don't trust that he'll do everything he says, though I do believe he'll do some. But against Hillary, a known quantity, with a known agenda, I would still cast my vote for him - even if I had to pinch my nose while I did it.

I would love to see a viable 3rd party option in this country - one that could seriously contend with the Democrat and Republican parties. The Republican party hasn't stood for what I want for a long time and so I left them a few years ago. The Democrat party doesn't represent me either. I think it's time to bust them apart and get some new parties in the race, and let them have a real chance at contending for the Presidency. But that won't happen until far more Americans break their bond to the two major parties we have now. Considering how awful this primary season has been, the time may just be ripe for a strong 3rd party to begin forming now. People are pissed at both sides, and the 'establishment' Republican folks are probably more hated by their own voters than any other time in history, at least recent history.

This is spot on. Unfortunately our votes here in Oregon make no difference in the national scheme of things but I will vote nonetheless. Inside Oregon, not much counts outside of the Portland and Eugene areas. Still suit up and vote folks, it is our only option.
