It says 7.62, Cyrillic markings, M48, would that bee 7.62x54R from Yugoslavia? Value I've no idea but not in the collectability realm, just milsurp ammo. My guess.

If you end up shooting some of that, I'll buy or trade you for them clips. I have Enfield .303 and a bunch of sks 10rd (chi-com and yugo)
Pretty sure I have 5 rd 7.62x51 somewhere.
