Good resource for finding components is www.ammoseek.com
Primers have been getting more available, but expect to pay $100/1,000 plus hazmat. Local in stock is the best but you have to be quick. You can also avoid hazmat fees by purchasing from Cabelas and have them delivered to the store for pickup. Other big retailers might be able to do that as well for both primers and powder.
I miss the old days when it was all available at every store that had a sporting goods section for a fraction of today's cost even adjusted for inflation.
