Am I the last one in Washington to find out that Wa. keeps a registration data base on all guns transferd through an FFL I had thought Wa was a non register state
At least it's just for pistols.
Oregon registers EVERYTHING.

I have bought 3 in the last 2 years, don't remember signing any thing that was sent to the state, just the 4473.If you've ever purchased a handgun in WA from a dealer this should not be a surprise, you had to sign the form...

I guess I never checked the copy's to see where they went.There was also an "Application to Transfer Pistol" form. Yellow copy gets sent to Olympia, white copy to the CLEO, and the pink copy gets retained by the dealer.
Registration usually leads to confiscation ,,too bad the mind numb don't realize the fact.
It would be nearly impossible to find a registered firearm in these 2 states.
