I think we're screwed, Bamma found a guy that really probably would be a pretty good Supreme, but he's anti-gun. The Senate doesn't really have a great excuse to block him, I think they're going to confirm him.

Time to apply pressure on Congress to ensure there are no confirmations. They need to invoke the Strum Thermond rule where there are no Supreme Court appointees confirmed during anPresidential Election Year...

Of course things could go sideways come November and we could be under liberal rule for at least 4 more years... heaven forbid...

You realize there is a high chance that Hillary will win this, and then this seat might be filled with someone far worse. Voting for rehearing a case - which is what most critics are taking as evidence for him going to revisit Heller - is speculation at best. GWB appointee Judge Randolf voted the same way. If the Republican Senate refuses to consider him they will be seen as obstructionist, putting off more and more of socially liberal but financially conservative voters. That will hurt the party and add to the current self-destruction momentum. So think this through.

Hillary isn't going to win. Trump will be the Republican candidate and he will tear her apart. There's no way her lies and flops will stand up to his onslaught.

Hell will freeze over before any Republican will vote for Hillary. Some of them might vote for a third party, but most will vote for him. He will get all the disillusioned and angry voters, like me, he'll even get some of Sanders' supporters, the anti-establishment ones.

That doesn't even consider what's going on with her email debacle. Anybody who knows anything about email (which admittedly is a very small percentage of people) knows that her claim of doing it "for convenience" is utter and complete stinky bubblegum. NOBODY runs their own email server for convenience, there's nothing convenient about it.

The GOP leadership needs to get their manure together... They need to unify behind Trump rather than trying to derail him. They let him in and now he's taking over the kingdom...

Totally agree, if Hillary is the democratic candidate, Trump will clean her clock a good one...

Could be setting up to be a landslide victory for the GOP, if they'd only support their candidate... Could look like 1980 all over again, from a numbers perspective.

Agreed, I'd rather vote for any GOP candidate as opposed to Hillary....

We, as those who are concerned about the Constitution and direction of our country, need to get out the vote, be active...

November will be a. Course changer....
