Um, this is a "gripes" thread - where you're supposed to share your gripes (maybe you missed that in the OP). I didn't think the specific locations were important to the discussion - some people get different service at some of those places. But since you're upset by the lack of information, here you go - two places I've received that treatment (more than once) and no longer get my business:
