Washington state has the 3rd highest state budget in the country. Right next to California and New York. Considering its 13th or 14th in population, that's crazy.

WDFW saw huge cuts back in 2008-2010. Unlike many other agencies, they didn't balloon out when the recession was over. Sucks if they are facing more cuts.
