I'm exempt, but my wife will have to pay into it. She'll never see a penny of benefit from it since we're hopefully going to be full timer in MT in a few years.

If it's mandatory and based on your income it's a tax in my mind. Kind of like social security.

Yeah the humps that run this bubblegume-hole of a state never met a tax they didnt like.

yeah same as us, we hope to be moving to a place in SW Missouri in a few years.
