I used a Nodak Spud receiver.

I'm too lazy to bend flats.

Hey Cocktailer, that AK looks good. One of my duty stations when I was In the Army was Berlin, your rifle looks like the "Bad guys" ones I saw over there. Only thing that looks not quite right is that cleaning rod. East German AK and SKS series of rifles did not have a cleaning rod mounted under the barrel. Andy
