I really like my Tikka 223.
It hasn't had but maybe 40 rounds through it,but the grouping is very nice at 100yds.
I ran the snake through every 10 rounds.
IIRC, the stock bolt torque is 35 LBS. Don't quote me, I'd have to dig out the manual!!
I read somewhere, if the torque is above spec, anomalies arise regarding accuracy.
Mine has PST 6-24x50 in the Strike Industries Low rings. The bell is about 1/8" off the barrel.
