Yep, I'm drinkin the koolaid lately.
Aside from night sights, I shot'em and adapted to the gun as needed.
My interest got sparked, so I recently pulled the innards on my G19g4 and got too polishing. I'm glad I took the time, as there is a noticeable difference. However slight, as the trigger was already pulled near 5000 (guessing) times, and it was broke in well.
I don't like the serrated trigger, and thought about running a half-moon file over it to remove them. I've read that the G17 trigger is a drop-in, and for the fact it's already smooth, I'm considering getting one. But, aside from the G17 trigger face being smooth, should I just break out the file and get busy smoothing the stock G19? Or is there another advantage having the G17?
Trying not to back-pedal.
Yes = Get the G17 trigger
No = File the G19 triigger
