I am using one of the plastic factory trigger housings and was running into an issue where safe and semi worked but binary dident and it acted like semi. I tried everything recommended. I ended up taking the pin in the back of the trigger that holds the sear out and putting the factory trigger pin in and then using the F.A. trigger pin for the trigger and everything works test firing. Just have to test it out on the range.
Maybe tolerance difference in the Ruger trigger housing. The 4 10/22 triggers have all been installed using the parts from the FA BFS kits.

Since my last post here, I bought another Ruger 22LR Charger and changed the trigger to binary. It has issues with Semi, but works as expected in Safe and Binary. I didn't interchange any stock or upgrade parts. I'm happy with only those two positions working.

Good luck with the range test.
