Oh yeah! After probably a dozen over the years mine are almost not horrible hahahaha
My most current build/modified frame.

Show off with your nice clean lines and uniform depth looks great! Mine still kinda look like Ray Charles swung by and tried his hand at it.
It's taken a lot of time and practice and plenty of ruined frames. If you ever want a new frame to start over you can mail them to Glock + $100 and they will send you a new complete one.

I keep all my ugly attempts around and alive to hopefully detour me from doing it again but it doesn't seem to work, as soon as I get home with a typically brand used Glock I can hear my worn out soldering iron calling my name from drawer of tools I use for the wrong job hahahaha

Nothing wrong with a gen 4. I would be asking specifically what he changed in the gun. Stock Glocks run forever. Modified ones, well people do make them unreliable by putting stuff on them they weren't designed for.

If it was me and I wanted a Glock 19 sized striker fired gun I would get a grand power q100. $344 new (non optics ready version). Rotating barrel action which lowers recoil and is incredibly smooth. I shoot it better than most all the 9mm handguns I have which cost much more. Really simple design almost nothing to go wrong. Trigger is of course much better than Glock.

It's hard to appreciate the difference unless you shoot it in person. You may be able to tell from this video how low recoil and smooth it is. Accuracy (meaning easy to shoot accurately) and time back on target is really outstanding with this gun imo.

Just a quick question. It's been awhile since I've owned a Glock. Found a killer deal on a gray frame custom cut for Red Dot and set forward suppressor height rear sight. Any reason to steer away from a Gen4? I know it was one of the discontinued models. Thank you
My gen4 is flawless with 1000s of rounds put through it.
