Just picked up G19 Gen4 from another member and I can't get the trigger to reset. I stripped the gun apart, gave it a thorough cleaning, re assembled and still nothing. It almost feels like a bind of some sort. Upon inspection I couldn't find anything that looked visibly busted, the firing pin still looked good, trigger spring looked fine as sell. I've googled it, but I can't really find a great YouTube video. If you've got a suggestion on what to look for, or a good video of a fix I'm all ears!

I'm a bit out of my depth here… This is my first Glock 😂

It could also be your recoil spring is worn too. If you have another one swap it out and see if it fixes the problem.

Trigger spring in the correct orientation?

Is everything OEM?

Also check the safety plunger for wear. This happened on a buddies gun and his plunger had strange wear catching the trigger bar before complete reset.

I'd suspect either a trigger return spring, aftermarket connector or both.
I bought one of those Lenny magill black yikes connectors and they caused my trigger bar to crash into the trigger housing upon return. The angle is just too steep. Sometimes better is absolutely not better

Glock let me register it for warranty. I wonder if they'd honor it if it had never been registered for warranty before.
Frankly, the juice isn't going to be worth the squeeze here. Absolute worst case scenario is the slide is borked and I've never seen an OEM Glock slide with major issues, especially at low round count. More likely it'll cost you $10 or a fresh coat of lube

I like the sound of that. Slides looks great so I think you fellas are on to something here.
