One of the main things I've been teaching my teenagers who are learning to drive is Stay Away From Crazy!

See someone driving aggressively, carelessly, or just plain crazy? Stay away from them. Carefully put as much distance as you can between you and them. Get out of their way as quick as you can. Sure, they are being rude and reckless, but you are responsible for your safety, and anyone driving that way has already shown that they are not concerned about their own safety, so they sure as heck don't care about yours.

As tempting as it may be to "teach them a lesson", that's more likely to backfire, and you're better off to just stay away.
