Wow, they taught that for a helluva lot longer than I ever thought they would... but like you said, it appears they stopped decades ago...

The people who wrote the Constitution had a full understanding of grammar and the written language. It is ironic and tragic that most of their children, who now claim to interpret the Constitution, can't pass 8th grade reading comprehension.
