My son, a medic during his TOD in Iraq. Came home and did his EMT and fire dept stuff at CCC.

But in the end came a teacher,
And to find a good conservative school to work for he move outta state.

And he hopes his school will allow the same as some others have in Idaho.

He is coming home for T day, so pretty excited to see him in a couple of days.

Here is my take. You don't have to arm teachers, just publicize that ALL teachers in ALL school districts are from this date forward allowed to carry on campus. Paste on each location that the campus is a firearm friendly zone and Concealed Carry is permitted.
You now cast a doubt in the minds of evil doers. That seed of doubt will grow and make the evil doer think. "Am I that brave? How far will my evil plan go? I think I'll just stay in my mom's basement now and play video games."
