This is all true. The problem comes in when they want to make an example. Say your house is burgled and gun(s) are stolen. You made the report, w/serial number(s) make and model(s). Two years down the road one of your guns turns up in a serious crime. I don't know HOW they're going to prove anything you did wrong? But they might try. The criminals go through that routine all the time. Us legal, law abiding gun owner not so much.

Bills like the one being discussed are vehicles to keep the troops motivated and mobilized. Doesn't really matter to the Dem game plan whether the the bills pass or fail. If they pass so much the better but the real game being played out is establishing and maintaining power beyond the ability of the voting booth to moderate. This is a functional definition of the destruction of the idea that is America.

That's why it is so important to the Dems to destroy all the systematic (and practical) checks and balances....destroy the electoral college, remove the filibuster, pack the supreme court, force vote by mail to outdated voter rolls. remove ballot chain of custody, defeat voter ID verification, outlaw voting signature verification and send out trillions of dollars to buy influence and fortify Dem controlled urban strong points.

This gun control bill is terrible and needs to be defeated. Don't be distracted from the bigger con being run.

It's sure not Joe. When you watch him speak it's easy to see why they do not let him. He is suffering badly and some times does not know where he is. His party has played footsie with some radical's who want FAR more. It's now so bad they are scared of infighting. So they seem to be going all in, counting on a loss at midterms. Look at the southern border and what they are doing. They may well suffer a loss to rival the one Obama had but, what else are they supposed to do? Last this great hoax has worked beyond what any could have imagined. People lined up to lose their jobs, their business's, their rental property, and they voted the same people back in office. So why would these same people get any angrier over this law? People have to remember laws like this are just fine with a HUGE portion of the gun owners. This law will pass, years later a lot of gun owners will not have even heard of it.
As time goes by and more "find out" they will of course get really mad and want to blame everyone else since they sat on their hands and did nothing, just like before.
The party in power made it very clear they were going to do this and they won. Why would they be afraid to do what they told voters they were going to do and voters responded by electing them?

There is no doubt in my mind that there was some cheating. That does not mean Millions of people did not vote for this, including millions of gun owners. The state I live in they voted in a law making my 10/22's Assault Weapons. Gun owners sat on their hands and let it go into law. One of the supporting shops here put up a ton of time and money to put it back up to voters for a do over. We could not get enough gun owners to bother to sign. That is not a problem with fair and honest. It's problem with voters get just what they deserve then cry and complain.
