Please understand that my post that you quoted was not a "How To"...I posted about this right when the first restrictions were put in place. The state police were patrolling OHV areas here in Central Oregon by air and directing ground troopers in to violators. They do their job as told, nothing personal most are great people.
I have not noticed any of this going on in the last 3 weeks, so maybe something changed, but you are being watched out even in the most remote spots you might think.
Just some thoughts on what if you go out to play....and how to play it afterwards.
As for being spotted. I ain't really worried one way or the other....
I do have some experience in the matter of not being spotted , when one does not want to be spotted...
But as i said...I ain't really worried 'bout being spotted.
Mostly because of the areas that I am thinking of and observed , are not being patrolled , like where you are.
