The grandstand seating is for midgets, unless it's been changed in recent years. The UK contingents were the standouts as we had expected, but some other Euro nations put up an impressive show [Norway comes to mind at the moment]. I think the US representative that year was some college marching group, which was bush league pitiful by comparison to all the other units.
