Alley Cat Surplus out in Boring, Oregon, best priced stuff. Mostly random stuff but from the govt liquidation auctions. So its all tri-walls and Hesco mesh barriers filled with random stuff as well as what veterans sells to them. Great selection of boots and outdoor stuff, they still have that Huey body and a drop tank?

Aloha Surplus in Aloha, Oregon, near Beaverton. Little high priced, but lots of uniforms, MOLLE, pouches, belts, vests.

Action Surplus in Eugene Oregon, good prices, middling selection, lots of ammo cans, lots of uniforms

There's a place out in Bend but it's more the common outdoors and camping stuff than actual Surplus gear.

Andy &Bax in Portland on 99E/Grand Avenue used to be decent but it's mostly new production Asian "Surplus" goods. Decent selection of canvas tarps and rubber rafts in basement, also pretty decent ropes, strapping, hardware selection.

Edit. Oh yeah. Rag & Bone Thrift Surplus on 101 in Seaside north of the tourist trap, awesome but small selection of stuff next to all the thrift/antique shop stuff and its supposedly haunted
