guys the issues is the spud gun was known about for at least 5 months and they did nothing. it was not till after the WIFE did some news stories and started blowing the wistle on GOVERNMENT that they got raided and HER stuff was taken ALL the whistle blowing stuff and her source list etc

A guy on another board advocated for giving the "worker bees"a pass and focusing on the decisionmakers... sorry, the Nuremberg Defense is no more appropriate to a common feldwebel than an SS-Sturmbannfuhrer at Auschwitz, in my book... my personal opinion, invoking the ND should be construed as grounds to be summarily shot on-the-spot unless it's said as part of a mea-culpa and rolling over to testify against the bigger fish.
