I'm not going down the Magazine or clip road, but calling bullets "Tips","Points" or "Heads" is a amusing. I suspect if a person thinks a cartridge is a bullet then the pointy end must be the tip.
 
There was a guy a few days ago that posted a classified add on Facebook. He was selling Sierra and Hornady 60grain bullets at $1/piece. Then a few days later he posted a picture of reloaded cartridges, still calling them bullets. His price is still higher than balls on a giraffe for .223 amo.
