Not sure what the OP is asking here, but we no longer have any states who abide by our constitution, at least a few fake it when it suits them, but even then, all have gone full socialist to one degree or another! Used to be, you were pretty free in Alaska, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming, but not any more, all have takes major steps to remove our rights and replace them with permission's that they can then grant or deny at will!

So, if your looking to move from the current sh!t hole you live in to a free'er sh!thole, your wasting your time, they are now ALL sh!tholes!
What you should be asking is which are the least Sh!ttiest to live in, vs the Most Sh!ttiest, the top spots being Californication and New Yawk!

Thanks, I agree. So which would be the "least bubblegumtyist" in the future when it comes to gun control?

Alaska! Your not going to remove a persons hunting rights, EVER in Alaska, Period! With so many folks dependent on hunting for survival, the state cannot go full stupid on it, it would be suicide for the state!

Welcome to the GREAT RESET in Action....
"THE UNITED STATES, INC." Was UNLAWFULLY Enacted By Congress in 1871 or '73 to be
Gvmnt for Washinton D.C. {DC already Had Gvmnt & "Federal Gvmnt" CAN'T CREAT ANY CORPORATIONS! PERIOD!!}

The UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE hatched & IS THE SUPREME LAW UNDER "THE UNITED STATES, INC."

Over the time ever since WE THE PEOPLE have been Drawn into IT'S JURISDICTION via ADHESION CONTRACTS.

Essentially we have ALL Been KIDNAPPED INTO IT.
We have Traded Our Constitutionally SECURED RIGHTRS for LICENSED PRIVILAGES.
Your Birth Certificate IS YOUR LICENSED PRIVILAGE TO LIVE!!!

Being a Corporation "THE UNITED STATES, INC." HAS A PRES/ CEO &
SAID PERSON/ PARTY HAS A BOARD OF GOVERNERS TO ANSWER TO.

TERMS LIKE DEEP STATE, RULING ELITES, NWO, GLOBALIST/ GLOBALIZATION [ISTS] ALL APPLY TO WHAT IS GOING ON IN THE WORLD.

Mt tried several things, All Lawful, but like Eaco & Ruby Ridge they got overpowered by dot Guv.

They Lawfully set up a Township Gvmnt...
Bad ...Naughty Naughty..
A rancher got shot in the neck as a result.

The M.O.M. brothers were involved.
They wound up on Natilnal TV testifying
But to no avail.
DEEP STATE!!!

Over the decades the US Supreme Court has allowed two things to expand and grow roots, that in my opinion the Founding Fathers would not allow: federal legislative jurisdiction based on taxing and interstate commerce powers, and the administrative state where unelected agencies legislate instead of implementing Congressional legislation. Justice Thomas has been outspoken in his desire to reign in the second one. Justice Roberts unfortunately views federal government powers very broadly.

As long as those two powers are allowed to reach in-state activities and the mere possession of an item then it doesn't matter much whether a state itself rejects gun control.
We need more of these Lopez decisions, because Lopez has not been honored the way it should have been in the years since.

One more example of Just How THEY Skew the System..

The Free State of Jefferson would be one of those very places about which you ask.
  • No restrictions
  • No background checks
  • Solid support for stand-your-ground and castle doctrine
  • More than a few fellow state citizens who would not hesitate to assist you in taking dirt nap if you run afoul of common courtesy and decency.
