Chitown is a prime example of voting for the same people for decades. They have what amounts to a "mass shooting" weekly and pretend it does not happen. The worst victims are the people who live in the hard hit parts of the town who vote in mass for more of it at every election.
I does make me very sad what has become of the state I have spent so much of my life in. We are slowly becoming the same thing. Being done the same way. People in really hard hit area's vote for more of it. The really sad part is how many gun owners also vote for the same thing. Many of them telling anyone who will listen to follow their lead and make it worse. When I look back at how things have changed for us in just the last two decades its really amazing how much damage has been done by this letting each election get worse.

I would say neither one of them is actually in charge. The one many days does not even know where he is. Knee pads will do as she is told. So whoever is pulling her strings is the one. If it gets to throwing those things around will matter not at all who is in top spot as we are done.

There is a huge lumpy rug, a ton of mess has been swept under. Not to mention she's promising to go after 2A, illegally, IMO. I've been traveling a lot over the last 12 Months. The US standing has dropped pretty far. If she is appointed, it's going to drop even more.

Look at Oakland and San Francisco and put that all across the US. That is what a lack of good policies looks like.

Go on Facebook or X Twitter. I don't but all of my wife's s#itlib "friends" are rabid supporters who think that Trump will "take away their rights."

It was California Attorney General Kamala who used firearms registration to confiscate shotguns from old hippies who had Marjauana convictions from the 1970's at the same time gangs were taking over streets for sideshows while shooting at police helicopters.

Speaking only for myself here...

I am damn sick and tired of the "Big Two" parties ...
Neither one of them actually represent what I value.

I am also damn sick and tired of being made to suffer the consequences for the actions of others.
Others in this case being criminals as well as those who misuse firearms.
Someone shoots up a school.....
Someone uses a firearm while committing some sort of crime...
Someone makes a mistake with a firearm....

All of the above is bad...and should not happen.
All of the above however...does not mean that the millions of firearm owners here in the US will do the same.
Nor should they be made to follow a law , ban , restriction , regulation made in response to the above..
Since the millions of firearm owners that I am talking about...ain't the problem here.
