If the founding fathers intended that only the militiamen could keep and bear arms, then the 2A would have read

"A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of the free State, the right of the militias to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed" they put People down for a reason.

Note, too, the same individual usage of "people" in 1A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A, 7A, 8A, and the 9th A. Only the 10th A can be also read to be "collective" Right (to the peoples or the States if not specifically delegated to the Federal Govt).

Wrong on both counts. Trump is not a rapist, (was not convicted beyond a reasonable doubt - the doctrine of substantially true, which is what Judge Kaplan referred to in his ruling, is not how one gets convicted of a felony) and Harris is indeed a communist by virtue of her policy wishlist and past actions.

I honestly don't mean to be so "less than excellent". I just get frustrated with the disingenuous arguments. I could respect "Yeah I know this candidate is best for gun rights, but I'm going to vote for the gun-banner instead because other non-gun issues are more important to me". I may disagree, but at least it would be honest.

Instead it's "Ooh, Trump banned bumpstocks" and "Ooh, he's a rapist and a felon". We know full well that the vast majority of Trump haters don't particularly care about these issues; they hate him for his politics, and they want us to hate him for those things. Phony!

Much the same as democrats back in the '90s were able to easily look past Clinton's indiscretions and accusations, which were actually worse. Republicans played up those things, though they really hated him for his politics. Now the tables have turned, and it's the left's turn to pretend outrage. Disgusting, but it's the game.

My daughter hates Trump because of the things he's said about women, but she's going to hold her nose and vote for him anyhow, because of how absolutely terrible Harris's radical views are. That's honesty.

I am a fan of firearms...and I wouldn't vote for Harris if I was to be paid for doing so.

Democrats have vilified Trump for the past decade, ever since he announced his candidacy as a Republican candidate. Before that, democrats loved him, inviting him to their parties and posing with him.

You have to ask yourself, what is it about Donald that they "really" fear??? Perhaps he knows where the skeletons are buried, he knows the truth about them. Perhaps they're afraid of being exposed.

Me and mine will be voting Trump again because he's the only qualified candidate….
