I think the last time I heard that the Colt factory letter's were running $150? I have heard also that the ammount they charge is based on the year of manufacture of the gun you are trying to get a letter for. Anybody have any hard information on this? It's the weekend and Colt isn't open...

Restoration work starts at $3500.00!!!!!!!!!

Anybody interested in buying this thing? There is no way I can afford that!
