This particular Colt has thinning of bluing, patina and a small amount of light rust. Despite the appearance of the pistol, a high majority of the metal surfaces of the pistol are smooth. There are no signs of a refinish present. There are some chips and cracks in the grips. Bore still has rifling with light rust inside. I have fired this little colt and it shoots flawlessly,
